Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish all new TMR and other maintenance protocols.
  • Manage contracts within the ERP system and initiate the billing process.
  • Ensure all Planned Maintenance schedules align with the TMR agreements.
  • Oversee and eliminate expired units from TMR billing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable for all contracts billed through leasing firms, ensuring accurate payment applications.
  • Issue purchase orders to third-party service providers.
  • Handle re-billing of third-party service invoices.
  • Maintain organized records of fleet agreements and contracts with both customers and third-party service providers.
  • Provide monthly consolidated invoicing to clients for service transactions.
  • Set up new fleet customer locations and third-party vendors in the business system.
  • Register new customer assets in the business system.
  • Perform clerical duties, including document preparation and meeting scheduling.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel spreadsheets and database management systems.

Position Details:

  • Onsite work schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Compensation: $21 to $26 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Contract to hire.
