About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Mercedes-Benz of Hampton team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and industry partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure a cohesive and premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints, including online platforms and F&I interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury dealership management, with a focus on Mercedes-Benz sales.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing and motivating sales professionals.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-end clientele.
