Domestic Sales Manager

CTR Group is seeking a seasoned Domestic Sales Manager to develop new accounts and expand existing ones within an established area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy plan to meet company sales goals and profitability.
- Participate in direct sales activities and meet order objectives.
- Provide direct goals and objectives for technical sales or marketing staff.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales.
- Perform sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and monitor competition activities.
- Recommend product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings and deliver sales presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of directly related experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP Software.
- Must be a U.S. Person for access to ITAR-Controlled Technical Data.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen.
- Knowledge of specific software (design, analysis, ERP...).
