Responsibilities

As an STNA at Carespring, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care and assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), as outlined in their care plans.
  • Collaborating with the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Documenting resident care in our electronic medical record system.
  • Providing feedback to support individualized resident care planning.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the state's eligible requirements for STNA certification. You should also possess a sincere desire to work with elderly individuals and demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively with residents, staff, and families.
