As we continue to develop and manage our properties, we are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
This role will involve direct collaboration with our executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe, review, and prepare correspondence on behalf of the executive leadership.
- Manage incoming phone calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Prioritize and respond to all electronic communications.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Track and update charitable contributions.
- Coordinate and maintain executive staff schedules.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for multiple credit accounts.
- Review and organize all incoming mail.
- Facilitate meeting arrangements, including scheduling and reminders.
- Assist in managing the executive calendar as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe applications.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
