Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe, review, and prepare correspondence on behalf of the executive leadership.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Prioritize and respond to all electronic communications.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Track and update charitable contributions.
  • Coordinate and maintain executive staff schedules.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations for multiple credit accounts.
  • Review and organize all incoming mail.
  • Facilitate meeting arrangements, including scheduling and reminders.
  • Assist in managing the executive calendar as needed.
