Job Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator II to join the University Registrar's Office. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration and development of the university's academic catalog and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of the university's academic catalog and curriculum.
  • Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and administrative offices to ensure accurate representation of academic offerings, course descriptions, and program requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and accuracy of catalog content.
  • Support curriculum development processes and ensure alignment with institutional standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communication, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer literacy and experience with industry-standard software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a web-based catalog/curriculum system, database management, or web development is preferred.
  • Experience in a higher education or not-for-profit setting is highly valued.
