Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the corporate office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can perform a variety of administrative tasks with a high level of discretion and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for managers and supervisors.
  • Prepare agendas, schedules, and minutes for meetings.
  • Assist with the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
