Pediatric Clinical Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse-MS8-36hr to join our team on the MS8 inpatient floor. As a member of our team, you will work closely with multiple specialty areas to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
- A minimum of ASN/ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
- Current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse licensure required and maintained thereafter.
- American Heart Association, or American Red Cross, Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS certification required upon hire and maintained thereafter.
This role is based in Connecticut, with a competitive salary of $83,500 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
