Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent service, and ensuring that our customers leave our stores feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
