About the Role

The Ebert Law Group is looking for a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our team. As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys, managing client cases, and conducting legal research.

Expected Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with attorneys to handle complex Veterans Law cases, including disability claims and appeals.
  • Interact with clients, VA personnel, and other stakeholders to collect information, provide updates, and manage case progress.
  • Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to support client cases through thorough legal research.
  • Create and edit legal documents, correspondence, and briefs related to Veterans Law matters.
  • Organize and maintain client files, medical records, and other documentation while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and VA regulations.
  • Contribute to case management by scheduling appointments, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate case calendars.
  • Promote professional development among junior paralegals and support staff through mentoring and guidance.
  • Stay informed about changes in Veterans Law, VA policies, and relevant legal developments.
