Job Overview

Ebert Law Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney Support Specialist to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

About the Role:

  • Provide critical support to attorneys in handling Veterans Law cases.
  • Collaborate with clients, VA representatives, and other stakeholders to achieve case goals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and organize client files, medical records, and other documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to legal procedures, court rules, and VA regulations.
  • Assist with case management, including scheduling appointments and tracking deadlines.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with 3+ years in Veterans Law.
  • Proven expertise in Veterans Law, VA regulations, and disability claims processes.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software, including case management and document management systems.
