Position Overview:
The Field Service Technician will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering outstanding customer service. This position involves the operation and troubleshooting of oil and gas production testing equipment, as well as treatment and processing systems. Responsibilities include managing storage facilities and ensuring equipment is in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site service for equipment while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. Equipment includes glycol dehydration units, production separators, filter separators, and various gas treatment systems.
  • Maintain all products to comply with customer satisfaction and legal standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in storage facilities and service vehicles.
  • Assist with the startup and installation of equipment as required.
  • Support third-party contractors in preparing equipment for transport.
  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets, maintaining organized documentation.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Adhere to all safety and personal protective equipment regulations as mandated by the company and its partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
