About the Position

Cuesta College is seeking a highly qualified Associate Director, Instruction to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of educational programs and services that support student success and institutional effectiveness.

The Associate Director, Instruction will provide leadership in the planning, implementation, and management of educational programs, including course scheduling, curriculum development, and assessment. This position will also oversee the coordination of educational services, including outreach, promotion, and orientation activities.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree from an accredited institution and at least two years of experience working in an instructional setting. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and community partners.

Responsibilities

Requirements
