Are you a motivated and goal-oriented sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? New Home Star is seeking a talented New Home Sales Associate to join our team in the Pacific Northwest.

As a New Home Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with our builder partner, Simplicity Homes, and play a crucial role in the home building process. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the home buying journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with potential buyers and guide them through the requirements needed to build a Simplicity Home on their lot(s)
  • Collaborate with customers and senior project managers to gather important information from jurisdictions and utility providers to determine if their property is buildable
  • Ensure information is accurately documented in the contract and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local community and potential home buyers to generate adequate traffic and sales
  • Participate in recurring sales training via our proprietary sales enablement platform, as well as in person
  • Collaborate with the sales team and present quarterly business plans to our builder partners to meet given sales goals

Requirements:
  • Ability to receive and manage qualified leads with strong follow-up skills and disciplined execution
  • Be self-motivated and set your schedule to generate sales
  • Passion and skill for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions
  • Comfortable in CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout your workday
  • Valid driver's license and current liability insurance are required
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
  • Background checks required
