Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and identifying opportunities to grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize proactive sales approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and data
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a team environment
