Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Banking Specialist to join our team at our Columbia, South Carolina location. As a Customer Service Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and concerns, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
