Apprentice Electrician Position

Lone Star Instrumentation & Electric Corporation is seeking a skilled Apprentice Electrician to join our team. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and auxiliary equipment.

• Assist electricians in various aspects of electrical maintenance, repair, and construction.
• Prepare and assemble apparatus required for specific work tasks.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized, and dispose of scrap materials.
• Assist with cleaning protective equipment and using various hand and power tools.
• Load materials onto trucks and trailers, and demonstrate knowledge of cable stripping and termination processes.
• Perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting, and accurately read and record meter data.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

• 2 years of electrical experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Open availability and willingness to travel for standby, pre-arranged, and call-out duties.
• High School Diploma or GED.
