Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter customer orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, working closely with our sales and accounting teams
- Review customer open order and backorder reports to proactively resolve potential issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or specialized courses in a related field preferred
- Customer service/sales experience in a similar environment, with knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, and terminology
- Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
