About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through the sale of our cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, working closely with your Account Manager and local partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape, and use this knowledge to educate and inspire our customers in their journey to security.
  • Develop and execute strategies for moving critical data, intellectual property, and high-demand applications to Public Cloud, ensuring seamless security and compliance.
  • Be the technical voice of Sales for all things related to security and compliance in Public Cloud, effectively differentiating our solutions against competitors.
  • Lead and support customer demonstrations, showcasing the value of our solutions and driving customer engagement.
  • Act as a customer advocate, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Competitor Intelligence to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience as a system engineer, solutions architect, or systems integrator, with a strong understanding of cloud security and compliance.
  • Expertise in tools such as Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, and API-based security standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex problems and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, with a strong understanding of security features and services.
  • Programming experience in languages such as NodeJS, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, YAML, JSON, and/or Python.
  • Experience working with Channel partners and a deep understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
