Customer Service Liaison

At Pratt Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.

  • Act as an intermediary between customers and various departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on product usage, application, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with reviewing and coordinating customer service activities, including shipping, plant schedules, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
