Job Title: QA Analyst

At Preston-Hunter, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software applications.

Job Summary:

The QA Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, creating test scripts, and performing manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of software applications
  • Create test scripts to automate testing processes
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency
  • Provide regular testing progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL
  • Experience with Qtest and JIRA
