Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for product and depot support, with an emphasis on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Lead a multifaceted team of product support engineers and specialists, cultivating a culture centered on safety, continuous enhancement, and excellence.
- Engage collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to ensure product dependability, resolve technical challenges, and propel product advancements.
- Manage significant customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for product support inquiries.
- Oversee the creation and provision of training initiatives for customers and service staff.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Initiate cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Leverage data analytics and performance indicators to detect trends, forecast maintenance requirements, and refine product support strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in systems engineering.
