We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, ensuring the safety and comfort of children under your care.
  • Engaging with Children: Squatting down to children's eye level to facilitate positive interactions and build connections with the little ones.
  • Maintaining Play Areas: Bending over to pick up toys and ensuring the play spaces are tidy, organized, and conducive to a stimulating and enjoyable experience for the children.
  • Active Participation: Keeping up with the energy and enthusiasm of the kiddos, actively engaging in play, and fostering a joyful atmosphere.
  • Supporting your Team: There may come a time where a neighboring center is in need of added support for various reasons. In that instance, it is an expectation that teammates, if requested, are available to help out a neighboring center in need.
