ECMHSP is a nonprofit Head Start organization dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education to vulnerable populations. With over 50 campuses across 10 states, we serve nearly 3,000 children each year.

Job Summary

The Community Collaboration Specialist will be responsible for leading and developing community assessments, building partnerships, and enhancing the work of ECMHSP. This role requires a strong understanding of the farmworker community and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community assessments to inform ECMHSP's programming and services
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and government agencies
  • Collaborate with ECMHSP staff to develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of the farmworker community
  • Provide technical assistance and support to ECMHSP staff and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in the field of community collaboration and engagement
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience working with the farmworker community or a related advocacy organization. A Master's degree and additional experience are preferred.
