Sign-On Bonus:

Role Responsibilities:

As a Field Auto Adjuster, you will be integral to our auto claims process, conducting assessments directly at customer locations, repair facilities, or towing yards. Your role will involve:

  • Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers and repair shops through various communication methods to finalize estimates.
  • Investigation: Independently examining claims to assess damages and interpret coverage policies.
  • Communication: Utilizing phone, email, and video conferencing to guide customers through the claims process.
  • Negotiation: Evaluating and negotiating settlements with various stakeholders while adhering to legal and business standards.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to produce precise estimates.
  • Proficiency in technology and claims processing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Licensing Requirements:

As a condition of employment, you may need to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license within a specified timeframe after hire. The hiring manager will assist you in this process.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $59,250 - $90,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
