Family & Children's Place is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality home-based family services to families in need. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bi-Lingual Home Visitor to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time position will provide family services to expectant parents or parents of newborns, with a focus on building healthy, safe environments for the optimal growth and development of children. As a Bi-Lingual Home Visitor, you will conduct home visits to provide education and intervention services to families identified as high risk. You will work closely with families to address their unique needs and provide support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to provide education and intervention services to families
  • Work closely with families to address their unique needs and provide support
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of each family
  • Provide information and resources to families to help them access community services
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to family support
Requirements
  • Fluent in a foreign language
  • High School graduate/GED and experience in a social or health-related field
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a social or behavioral science or related field with one year of experience performing case management services
