Dining Room Support Specialists play a crucial role in assisting our service team, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless. You will be responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction by ensuring their needs are met while providing essential support to servers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete preparatory and closing tasks as dictated by your assigned service area, ensuring cleanliness throughout your shift.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and address their requests promptly, relaying any necessary information to the serving staff.
  • During transitions, transport used tableware to the dishwashing area, sorting items appropriately, and prepare tables for new guests.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a restaurant or similar environment.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, readiness to assist fellow team members, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Effective communication skills with management, colleagues, and guests.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, lifting, or carrying of items.
