Host/Hostess Job Summary:

A charismatic and attentive Host/Hostess is sought to provide exceptional guest experiences at TC Restaurant Group. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for a memorable dining experience. Your warm smile, genuine eye contact, and engaging conversation will make our guests feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
  • Inform guests of current promotions and ensure they are aware of their server.
  • Monitor the dining room and assist servers as needed to provide seamless service.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Promote loyalty and retention among our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy entry and greeting area.
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant or host-related position preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule:

The work environment for this role involves constant public contact. Hours may be part-time, and the schedule could exceed 30 hours per week, including overtime when approved by management. TC Restaurant Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
