Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance associates to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintenance Operations: Oversee maintenance activities, including repairs, maintenance, and capital projects, to ensure minimal downtime and optimal plant performance.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and conduct regular safety audits.
- Technical Expertise: Analyze and solve complex technical maintenance issues, and develop and implement technical training programs for maintenance supervision and mechanics.
- Project Management: Develop and manage short- and long-term plans, objectives, programs, and goals, and administer department budgets and cost controls.
- Interdepartmental Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, quality, and sanitation teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Associate's degree or technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical crafts preferred.
- Experience: 4 years in the maintenance industry, with at least 2 years of maintenance supervisor experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and building maintenance; proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and sanitation software; excellent communication and leadership skills.
