Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Acadia Healthcare. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical assets of our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a timely basis
- Assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property
- Support the company's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting excellence and competence
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Director of Facilities to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
- Carry pager/cell phone as required for on-call maintenance
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred
- Must protect and handle sensitive and confidential material and situations
- Must identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Must provide strong customer service
- Must prioritize and plan work activities effectively
- Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Must adapt to changes in work environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift/carry 50-75 pounds
- Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching
- Requires climbing and balancing
- Position requires some outdoor work in various environmental conditions
