  • Assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Director of Facilities to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
  • Carry pager/cell phone as required for on-call maintenance
  • Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred
  • Must protect and handle sensitive and confidential material and situations
  • Must identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Must provide strong customer service
  • Must prioritize and plan work activities effectively
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Must adapt to changes in work environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50-75 pounds
  • Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching
  • Requires climbing and balancing
  • Position requires some outdoor work in various environmental conditions
