Position Overview:

We are seeking an L3 TS/SCI-cleared Corporate Communications Advisor to become an integral part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a program to educate both internal and external stakeholders about the capabilities and services provided by Masego.
  • Assist in the analysis of communication metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and refine presentations, projects, and conceptual plans in collaboration with team members.
  • Draft speeches, talking points, and high-level communication materials for Masego Leadership.
  • Disseminate memoranda, briefings, and design documents as required.
  • Plan, create, and deliver communications that support Masego's business objectives.
  • Execute a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance customer awareness of our services.
  • Evaluate communication metrics and data to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • 11-14 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in analyzing communication metrics to support executive-level strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership in collaborative team efforts.
  • Expertise in electronic publishing and the publication production process.
  • Exceptional presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to make informed strategic decisions within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with PC platforms, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with standard business application software.
Security Clearance:
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a CI Polygraph.
