Your responsibilities will include evaluating our vendors, overseeing and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our suppliers, assessing bids, negotiating pricing and terms for acquired goods and services, tracking purchases, and maintaining an up-to-date database of our supplier information.

Moreover, you will provide expertise on intricate procurements of substantial monetary value and independently manage various service contracts.

You will assist in planning the purchasing process and support various programs.


The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) division offers cost-effective, comprehensive command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection, and security solutions globally.

The MST team boasts a rich history of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial entities, and international clients, backed by years of experience in platform operations, engineering, and full lifecycle management across various domains – air, land, sea, space, and cyber.


Key Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with preparing bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and assessing proposals, negotiating procurement terms, selecting or recommending new suppliers, and managing our procurement processes.

Additionally, you will oversee standard procurement agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), throughout the entire procurement lifecycle, participate in and lead negotiations regarding terms, pricing, and schedules, and monitor supplier performance.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- A proactive attitude
- Ability to resolve conflicts professionally
- Strong critical thinking skills regarding situations and/or problems (e.g., how decisions impact future business)
- Excellent time management skills (e.g., ability to identify and prioritize tasks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and similar U.S. Government Acquisition regulations
- Experience in Pre-Solicitation/Solicitation (Source Selection, Supplier setup/qualification)
- Experience in Pre-Award (Price Analysis, Market Research, Procurement Summaries, Negotiations)
- Experience in Award/Post Award (Total Procurement Ownership, Modifications, Invoicing, Closeout)
- Audit Experience (AS9100, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA Periodic Audits, Incurred Cost Audits, Security Audits, FAA Audits, etc.)
- Comprehensive Procurement Management (Source to Pay) experience at and below $125k with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically, 4-6 years or more of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Experience with Cost Point Deltek
- Experience with SAP Concur
- Familiarity with Ivalua Procurement Software

Factors affecting the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.
