Position Summary:

We are seeking a Culinary Specialist to contribute to our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold menu items, including tasks at the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line.
  • Ensure food is prepared, portioned, and served according to the menu cycle and standardized recipes.
  • Taste and assess food quality and presentation.

Qualifications:
