Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Sanford Imports. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department, responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and managing the repair process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Generate repair orders and oversee the repair process until completion.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Deliver the completed vehicle back to the customer.
- Assist other Service Advisors in providing a positive guest experience and adhering to our service process.
- Process service claims and submit reports to Accounting promptly.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to address service needs and resolve post-sale issues.
- Schedule appointments and manage service paperwork efficiently.
- Provide concierge support for customer inquiries, both phone and in-person.
- Follow up with warranty companies to ensure timely payment of service claims.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an Automotive Service Department.
- Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid NCDL.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
