Vice President of Information Technology Transformation

As Vice President of Information Technology, you will play a critical role in transforming our technology landscape, aligning with our business objectives and enhancing our competitive edge in the apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Technology Modernization: Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of a comprehensive IT modernization strategy, transitioning from legacy systems to modern, scalable solutions that support current and future needs.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across the IT department and related business functions, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure, resilient, and compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure IT systems support business goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale IT transformations in a manufacturing, retail, or apparel company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of legacy systems and experience in migrating to modern ERP, CRM, and other enterprise-level systems.
