Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax obligations.
  • Conduct thorough account reconciliation tasks.
  • Manage financial systems to ensure precision and promptness.
  • Apply cost accounting methodologies and provide relevant cost data.
  • Evaluate financial statements and prepare tax documentation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team during annual audits.
  • Establish and maintain financial accounting systems.
  • Review and process expense claims.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
