Job Summary

TriMark USA is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Vice President, Finance and Accounting to lead our finance team and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our divisional management team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as providing fiscal leadership and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure effective financial planning and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 12-15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
