We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive store environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**
- Drive sales by creating a sales-generating environment through the implementation of all corporate sales directives.
- **Customer Service**
- Foster a service-oriented environment tailored to the unique needs of our customers.
- **Merchandise and Inventory Management**
- Ensure merchandise standards and product presentations are of the highest quality.
- **Leadership and Development**
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to store associates.
- **Communication and Teamwork**
- Set the vision and direction for the store, and communicate effectively with store associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
**Requirements**
- 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.
- Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively, analyze financial information, and problem-solve.
- Computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21 years of age.
