Job Title: Program Manager Southeast

ResCare Community Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee our operations in the Southeast region.

Job Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and developing staff to ensure quality care and services to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. This role will involve coordinating and supervising the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the coordination and service delivery components of programs in a group home setting.
  • Supervise the delivery of services and ensure individuals receive the highest quality care.
  • Monitor and observe service delivery on-site to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between the community, agencies, and families to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all homes under supervision are maintained in accordance with state and federal guidelines and company policy.
  • Coordinate investigations of serious incidents and alleged abuse allegations.
  • Provide on-call support for group homes and ensure payroll and billing are completed accurately and timely.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable for group homes and monitor compliance with financial goals.
  • Coordinate the Incident/Accident Review process and provide feedback for action to prevent future incidents.
  • Serve as a member of the agency management team and participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and monitor personnel to ensure they are productive, accountable, and successful in their positions.
  • Conduct and/or monitor training for staff in areas such as least restrictive techniques, behavior management, and client rights.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing or Human Services field or related field and minimum of two years working directly with elderly and developmentally disabled individuals.
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Salary Range:

USD $41,600.00 per year.
