Senior Financial Center Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Financial Center Director to join our team at First Commerce Credit Union.
This is a full-time position responsible for leading the financial center in achieving business objectives, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional member service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in sales, lending, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the financial center in achieving business objectives, including sales growth, profit improvement, and member satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the credit union's market share.
- Manage and motivate a team of financial center staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree and/or credit union courses such as CCUE, MERIT, and STAR Program preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of financial organization experience selling and servicing members/customers, as well as a proven record of sales accomplishments.
- A minimum of 5+ years of lending experience, including mortgages. Must have complete practice with account structuring, lending policies, and operational procedures.
- Proven track record of Individual sales results and mentoring peers required.
- Management/Supervisory experience with proven sales results preferred.
- Valid Driver's license required. Must be able to travel within credit union footprint as needed (15% or less).
- Can pass a criminal background check, fingerprints, credit check, and drug test
- Must be able to attain NMLS and CUNA licensure
- Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
