Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide job readiness trainings to individuals with disabilities, focusing on basic skills needed to obtain employment in the community.
  • Develop and implement on-the-job training and pre-employment job readiness skills to participants.
  • Collaborate with employer partners to provide trainings and information on working effectively with individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop strong job leads and job placement assistance to participants.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in workforce development or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with barriers to employment.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • A deep commitment to disability inclusion in the workforce.
