  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, including assisting with product location, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including displays, fixtures, and signage.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including performing daily tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and restocking.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
