As a Senior Environmental Services Technician, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and assist the Environmental Services Supervisor at various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the guidance of the EVS Supervisor and Manager to uphold sanitary conditions in all designated areas.
  • Support the management of the EVS team and operational processes.
  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect restroom facilities, including all surfaces and restocking necessary supplies.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and operating compaction equipment.
  • Conduct daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, and communal areas in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of practice courts, adhering to strict operational guidelines.
  • Perform high-level cleaning of specialized areas such as weight rooms and locker facilities.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment on various floor types.
  • Ensure cleanliness of stairwells and elevators, including detailed dusting and polishing tasks.
  • Provide cleaning services for events held at the facilities.
  • Adhere to OSHA standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage onsite laundering of linens.
  • Exemplify AEG's core values and culture in all interactions.
  • Assist with setup and conversion tasks for events.
  • Perform post-event cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.
  • Capability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
