Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Compliance Manager to join our team at Republic Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and developing strategies to minimize environmental impacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental compliance programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to employees on environmental compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in environmental regulations and ensure compliance with new requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
