Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outfitter at Latham, The Pool Company. As an Outfitter, you will be responsible for installing plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting, and other special order products prior to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand production orders to match products
  • Conduct first QA inspection on pools
  • Trim and grind flanges
  • Accurately read tape measures
  • Cut and drill holes for fittings and install fittings according to the outfitting guide
  • Cut optional fittings
  • Perform patching process and small repairs
  • Learn to tile and set inlays
Requirements
  • Experience using various hand tools
  • Ability to read diagrams and instructions
  • Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work, and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
  • Ability to work in a safe manner using PPE as required
What We Offer

The starting hourly wage for this position is $21.36.
