Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on data and technology compliance matters, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Technology Organization to ensure effective risk management and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate data and technology risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data and technology governance frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a compliance, control, or data governance role.
  • Strong knowledge of data and technology governance and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive consensus across business groups.
