Position: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Key Responsibilities
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Provide counsel and support to the CEO on clinical functions, including policy development and implementation.
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Director to engage clinicians and staff, focusing on retention of top talent.
- Strategically oversee recruitment and credentialing processes to ensure optimal staffing and access to care.
- Partner with the Senior HR Director, CEO, and CFO to manage Employee Benefits and Workers' Compensation Programs.
- Lead the organization’s Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and maintain necessary recognitions.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold HRSA Federally Qualified Designation and Joint Commission Accreditation.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships through effective communication and collaboration with leadership, staff, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Medical Doctor License in Florida
- Board Certification in relevant specialty
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership capacity
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage across all organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Commitment to a strong work ethic and excellent customer service
