About the Role

Agility Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Developer to join our team as a Sr. Boomi Developer. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in the migration from BizTalk to Boomi, driving technical strategy and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Integration Solutions: Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the migration from Microsoft BizTalk to Boomi.
  • Build and Implement Integration Platforms: Assist with building out new Integration platform.
  • System Implementation and Risk Management: Plans and executes system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.
  • Production System Operations Analysis: Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach other junior engineers.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate would bring the following:
  • 5+ years of experience with Dell Boomi
  • Experience with EDI very nice to have
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis, application design/programming, and databases
  • Works on complex projects of large scope
  • Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
  • Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
  • May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
