Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our team at Emerald Resource Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions and systems.

This role requires expertise in client-server solutions, web application development, SQL Server management, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless integration.


Essential Functions:
Design and develop robust client-server solutions and web applications.
Define and implement SQL Server objects to optimize database performance.
Develop and maintain codebase, data structures, and comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with other developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex development and performance issues.
Ensure seamless integration of development projects into our existing environment.
Provide proactive monitoring, system/application troubleshooting, and general support to ensure 24x7 availability of systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft's .NET development environment.
Extensive knowledge of T-SQL and experience in database design and normalization.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, Visio, etc.).
Strong design, development, coding, testing, and debugging skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
