We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Isaiah House. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vital signs, withdrawal scores, and CLIA-waived testing, such as blood glucose measurement, and document progress of clients to the Provider or medical treatment area personnel.
  • Ensure Medical Rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • File medical papers on current and discharged clients.
  • Maintain inventory for first aid products and OTC medications.
  • Assist in self-administration of client medication and assist nurses in obtaining information as assigned.
  • Respond to emergency situations if needed and assist other departments in problem-solving client situations.
Requirements
  • Adhere to Isaiah House policies and procedures.
  • Attend mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
  • Maintain license, CPR, and certifications.
